1- Return Policy

You can return or change within 7 days from the date of delivery without using the product you purchased from Kolici without destruction and disrupting the re -sale of the product. If the products you send for refund purposes are included in the invoice and packaging of the products, together with their standard accessories, they must be delivered completely and without damage. Before the product is sent for refund, we should be informed by phone No. 444 54 91.
The shipping cost for the products returned using the right of withdrawal belongs to the buyer.
In the refund of defective goods, the buyer will send the product against the contracted cargo company that has previously delivered the product to them.
In some products, different refund conditions can be applied and the refund conditions of the products that differ except for general refund conditions are as follows. In case of removal of the products that are pressed by vacuum and packaged from their packaging, the refund of these products should be made without removing them from the packaging. Otherwise, the refund will not be accepted.


Order Cancellation


If you want to cancel the order you have given for any reason, you can contact us in the message section of our phone, mail or site. Your orders will be canceled without the obligation to submit justification. Your order cancellation will be reflected to you after the product is shipped or during the delivery of your address to your address. In the cancellation process, the cargo fee is the amount of invoice issued by the relevant cargo company. The cargo fee is fixed for the return and exchange transactions made from your internal address. Please send us your information such as order date, order number or user name when you want to cancel your orders.
